EU Sustainable Energy Awards – PUBLIC VOTE
As part of the annual EUSEW Policy Conference, SEAI have been shortlisted to achieve the prestigious award.

A rigorous review of nearly 200 applications has resulted in the selection of nine nominees from a shortlist of the year’s most successful projects for clean, secure and efficient energy.
A high-level jury decides the winner in each of the three categories – Businesses, Public Sector, Consumers.
All four winners will be announced during the Awards Ceremony on 14 June.

SEAI PUBLIC SECTOR ENERGY-SAVING PROGRAMME
This programme promotes energy management and best practices to over 325 public bodies and 3 700 schools in Ireland. It has been instrumental in helping public bodies work towards the Irish government’s ambitious 33 % energy efficiency target for the public sector for 2020, achieving 17 % to date and accumulated savings of over EUR 424m.
SEAI’s programme has four main pillars; partnership, networking, project support and a bespoke online reporting system.
