The Conference 

The entire landscape of the construction sector in Ireland is rapidly changing.

The first day will be a full conference day of national and international expert speakers, followed by a Near Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) training course the following day.

Speakers from across the EU will share their knowledge on the wide range of training and education opportunities available to help all involved in the construction industry achieve High Quality Near Zero Energy Buildings.

Venue: Wood Quay Venue, Dublin City Council Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8.

Travel: The venue is only 10 minutes by taxi or a 20min walk from Heuston Train Station and 20 mins from the M50.

Day One Agenda

Oct 16th: Training Course”Achieving nZEB – Design Essentials” (limited to 20 places) 

  • The conference will be followed by a Near Zero Energy Buildings training course (limited to 20 places)
  • The training will provide participants with an introduction to NZEB policy and legislation, cost optimisation calculations, design aspects and renewable technologies. It will include case studies and toolkits.



October 16th 2014 – Achieving nZEB – Design Essentials Training Course
